The Starlight Campgrounds Team is here to bring you safe, clean, family fun at all of our campgrounds. We love sharing the great outdoors and hope you’ll be our guest!

Meet the Team

  • General Manager Donna Nault, smiling with long blonde hair wearing a yellow shirt.

Donna Nault - General Manager at Silver Springs

Donna joined our team in 2021. Since then, she has greeted thousands of guests and managed dozens of workampers at Two Rivers, Traverse City, Wilderness, and for 2026, our first season as the new owners of Silver Springs!

Before taking a chance on Eric (when Starlight didn’t even exist!) Donna had managed campgrounds all over the country, and won Campground of the Year at Delaware River Gap KOA. Donna trains our team on everything from guest services to housekeeping to store merchandising. J and Donna bring their two rescue Papillons, Candi and Digger, with them wherever they go.

  • Maintenance Manager J Nault in yellow cap and shirt, smiling

J Nault - Maintenance Manager at Silver Springs

As we like to say, if J can’t fix it, you should probably buy a new one! From infrastructure upgrades to rig calamities, J is the one who leads our team in keeping our campgrounds looking beautiful and helping our staff and guests troubleshoot when problems pop up. He and Donna have been working at campgrounds for over 15 years, and they have the stories and lifelong friends to prove it.

  • Owner Eric Kline wearing glasses and a brown coat holding a baby in a green snowsuit in a snowy forest.

Eric Kline - Owner and Operator

Eric bought his first campground in 2021 and his favorite parts of being a campground owner are getting to know the amazing workcampers who join our team and hearing from families who love our parks. When he’s not thinking about campgrounds, he’s spending time with his wife, Stewart, their toddler, and dog Otto.

  • General Manager Jenn Hayes with long hair wearing a white top, standing outdoors with greenery in the background.

Jenn Hayes - General Manager at Wilderness

Jenn and her partner Aaron joined our team in 2022 as workcampers, and they became the Managers at Two Rivers in 2023. After two successful seasons as the GMs of Two Rivers, Jenn and Aaron are hitting the road to helm Wilderness for summer 2026

They travel with their 45 foot Keystone Raptor 5th wheel and their dogs Zeus and MJ. Jenn’s favorite place to visit is Florida!

  • Maintenance Manager Aaron Price wearing a black cap and blue hoodie

Aaron Price - Maintenance Manager at Wilderness

Aaron Price and his partner, Jenn, joined the Two Rivers team first as workcampers. Aaron masterfully wrangled the sprawling grounds at Two Rivers, keeping the property spic and span across the wooded upper level and the waterfront lower level. He’s excited to take on a new challenge at Wilderness in 2026

  • Dawn Crews - General Manager at Traverse City KOA

Dawn joined the team as a workamper at Wilderness and immediately impressed the team with her warm, welcoming demeanor from years of working in the medical field. Starting as GM at Traverse City in 2025, she and her husband Dewey will return for 2026.

Fun fact: Dawn and Dewey met workamping in Yellowstone and tied the knot at our managers’ retreat in Tombstone, AZ in front of our whole team!

  • Owner Stewart Cory with long hair outdoors, wearing a necklace.

Stewart Cory-Kline - Hiring and Growth Strategy

Once Eric started working on his first campground, Stewart couldn’t help but start pitching in! She helps the team hire as we grow and tries to not drive everyone too crazy with tech tools.

Stewart grew up tent camping and hiking in the Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains and loves a hot cup of coffee by the campfire in the morning.

  • Chelsea Kettlebar

Chelsea Kettlebar - Communications and Operations Coordinator

In 2022, Chelsea closed her barber studio and embarked on a nomadic journey that led her to workcamping. She hasn’t looked back! She joined the Wilderness team in 2024 and joined the Starlight team following our acquisition. After a fantastic season of helping our team get the hang of Wilderness, Chelseas is moving onto support of all of the Starlight parks.

When she isn’t at the campground, you can find her out traveling with her two adventure Pugs, Zade and Zoey.

  • Dewey Hinton - Maintenance Manager at Traverse City KOA

Dewey joined the Starlight team as a workamper and jumped right in on the Management team. With a long career doing all kinds of work from farming to diesel truck maintenance, Dewey considers campground life his retirement and reminds us all that “Any day I get up is a good day!” He keeps grounds, facilities, and equipment looking spotless at the Traverse City KOA.

  • Owner Stewart Cory with long hair outdoors, wearing a necklace.

Lucas Brown - Director of Operations

Lucas joined the Starlight team in 2025 as our first Operations Director. A Wisconsin native, Lucas grew up hunting and camping right down the road from Wilderness and is excited to bring his wife and two kids back to Wisconsin as part of his work with us. Prior to joining our team, Lucas worked in operations and fleet management for an Arizona-based outdoor adventure outfitter that was acquired by REI.

  • Chelsea Kettlebar

Mikaela Sandridge - General Manager at Two Rivers

Mikaela and her husband, Scott, are the newest additions to the Starlight management team. Prior to jumping into the campground industry as empty nesters, Mikaela had a long career in the nonprofit world, and still serves in a part-time capacity with the Weld Food Bank in her home state of Colorado.

Mikaela has a knack for organization and creative problem solving and is excited for her first season at Two Rivers.

  • Scott Sandridge - Maintenance Manager at Two Rivers

Scott and his wife, Mikaela, just wrapped two succesful summer seasons as GMs at Wild Acadia reort in Maine. Following many years leading the Public Works department in Evans, Colorado, the Sandridges hit the road and are looking forward to being slightly more centrally located for their adult kids.
