🌲 Managers-in-Training at Starlight Campgrounds

We’re introducing Manager-in-Training positions at all of our parks! These are year-round, salaried positions. You’ll learn all aspects of running the park, be trusted and direct support for our general managers, and be prepared to step in when our GMs need to travel or take time off.

Starlight is growing, and as we add parks to our portfolios, we will need to have GMs ready to step in!

Location: Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Michigan
Type: Salaried, year-round position
Reports to: General Manager

🧾 Requirements

  • Bring your own RV - on-site housing is only available at our Wisconsin park

  • You must have at least 1 full year of workamping experience at an RV campground

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays during the camping season

  • Able to pass a background and reference check

  • Friendly, reliable, and comfortable with outdoor/physical work

  • Must have excellent references from previous workamping jobs

  • An all-in attitude - this is not a job where you get to be “management” who kicks back and hides in an office. Our GMs lead by doing, and so will our MITs.

Compensation

  • $78,000-$84,000/couple

  • FHU site, water, electric, and laundry included

  • 20% off store, 20% off propane
